Yes, dear, you've been to the White House (sorry you were too young to remember). And I do not remember a guy at the Alamo talking to us every morning - must not have been cute. I do remember the hotel's breakfast buffet...

What? At the buffet? All I remember is the food. Really, really good fruit.
He was a bellhop, I think. He and Nathanael wrote to each other for a few months after that, but he was closer to your age.
